FORMS and FEES

​Check back here for forms, documents and permission slips that may be required for various activities throughout the school year. 

UNIFORMS​ - All students will be fitted for a tuxedo or dress that will be used for performances throughout the year. Long-sleeve and short-sleeve t-shirts will be ordered and students will be responsible for the t-shirt fee.

Periodic Fees - Throughout the year, students will be notified of fees due for events which require bus transportation and other expenses such as t-shirts. Note: The annual expenses for chorus extend beyond what is collected from these fees. The purpose of our Choir Booster organization is to supplement the school funds to provide further opportunities for our students.

Syllabus and Acknowledgment Form - Please read through this year’s Rock Ridge Sings Syllabus and complete the Syllabus Acknowledgement Form.
